3. Product Information
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and colours accurately; however, minor variations may occur. Products are intended for users aged 8+ under adult guidance. Purchases must be made by individuals aged 18 or over.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices shown include VAT (where applicable). Accepted payment methods include Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Stripe, Amazon Pay, and TikTok Shop Payments. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. We may correct pricing errors at any time.
5. Order Process & Contract
When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation email. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may cancel orders due to stock issues, errors, or suspected fraud.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Free UK delivery. Orders dispatch within 24 hours (usually same day). Standard delivery: 2–4 working days. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Your statutory rights remain protected. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge or refunded. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty items qualify for a full refund within 30 days, repair/replacement within 6 months, or a proportional remedy after 6 months.
9. Digital Content
Digital downloads begin immediately and waive cancellation rights. Digital content is for personal use only.
10. Gift Purchases
Refunds issued only to the original purchaser. Replacements may be sent to recipients.
11. User Accounts
Optional accounts must be kept secure. We may suspend accounts for suspicious activity.
12. Intellectual Property
All SKILL BLOX website content is owned by Clearglow Media Ltd. No content may be reproduced, sold, or distributed without permission.
13. Third-Party Services
We use trusted service providers including couriers, payment processors, analytics, and marketing platforms. They have their own terms and policies.
14. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delivery delays, or product misuse. Maximum liability is the price paid. Statutory rights remain intact.
