30-Day Returns

You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Condition of items

Products must be returned in their original condition. If the item is faulty or damaged, we’ll replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method and usually appear within 3–5 working days.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. To cancel, email: chat@skillblox.com

2. Returns Eligibility

You may return your order if you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item. Items must be returned in their original condition unless faulty.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge or offer a full refund. Photos may be requested.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days once approved.

Exchanges offered depending on stock. Faulty items replaced immediately when possible.
